Mix Wet Ingredients โ In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.
Add Dry Ingredients โ Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
Make Streusel โ In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Assemble โ Pour banana batter into the pan. Sprinkle streusel evenly over the top.
Bake โ Bake 55โ65 minutes, until a toothpick in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Cool โ Cool 15 minutes in the pan. Remove and cool fully on a rack before slicing.
